Resource Management Assistant

To be eligible, applicants must meet one of the following requirements; Completed all requirements for an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution within the previous two (2) years; or Individuals who, due to military service obligation, were precluded from applying to the Recent Graduates Program during any portion of the 2-year eligibility period described above shall have a full 2-year period of eligibility upon release or discharge from active duty. This eligibility period cannot extend more than 6 years from the date on which the requirements for the academic course of study were met. Pathways Recent Graduate Degree Requirement for GS-07:
Successful completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education or eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision after completing a bachelors degree. All academic degrees or course work must be completed in an educational institution that has obtained accreditation from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-06 level) that demonstrates:
Knowledge of the objectives, policies, and requirements pertaining to programs administered by Regulatory Operations in order to support the work of the Resource Management Department. Knowledge of record keeping requirements and operations in order to assist in the design and ongoing improvement of systems that meet the agency's/organization's record keeping needs. Knowledge of agency's/organization's computer system and it's capabilities to provide user support to agency/organization office personnel, identify procedures that can be automated or improved, ensure integrity of data, and assist with leveraging automated information to make resource management decisions. Demonstrated prior work experience/responsibility in maintaining a tracking/logging systems and case files related to resource management and inspection activities. Demonstrated prior work experience/responsibility in obtaining data and preparing summaries and presentations which correlates with analytical studies performed by the resource management team. Demonstrated prior work experience/responsibility in preparing documents and reports pertaining to resource management and inspection services. Demonstrated prior work experience/responsibility in modifying and maintaining various databases, spreadsheets, and other computer applications that facilitate activities for the team. A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
