Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and electronic requests from Social Workers, Nurses, Care Coordinators at hospitals and medical facilities across the state.
Input all patient data, prescription orders, insurance and other required information for processing orders Submit authorization requests for all insurance types Responsible for outbound patient contact for refill orders Responsible for outbound customer satisfaction surveys Other jobs as directed by supervisor Requirements:
General knowledge of home medical equipment required Insurance experience required Strong verbal skills and telephone presence Eager to learn and flexibility - this role will require ongoing training of insurance rules and regulations for the wide variety of medical equipment and services that we provide, so a passion for learning mandatory.
Must be able to work productively without daily supervision Organized, detailed oriented, and must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
