As a Maintenance Person, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience with facilities management, maintenance, or construction.
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
Ability to work on your feet and lift/carry heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail.
Works with little supervision.
Must have one year of experience in facility maintenance, construction, or other related experience with construction/maintaining walls, painting, etc.
in an addiction treatment facility.
Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance work including painting, cleaning, repairing, and replacing interior and exterior surfaces.
Painting only when necessary.
Finishing up tasks when completed including installation of new fixtures, windows, doors, furniture, equipment, and d cor.
