The position is located at 500 Steed Road, Ridgeland MS 39157.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The Record Keeping Supervisor will supervise and manage the workflow of all processing and recordkeeping responsibilities for the department and will perform the duties themselves as needed.

Process all daily client contributions Pull funds from client's bank accounts for funding contributions Monitor all daily trading transactions and research and correct any errors Communicate with clients, plan sponsors, and advisors via phone and email Assist clients in uploading contribution files via our web portal Maintain client web credentials and assist with technical support when needed Coordinate and process plan fund changes Monitor emails and manage client expectations with timely responses Process quarterly billing for all plans Assist with participant distribution processing Assist with new account setups and forms Assist with plan deconversions Conduct monthly participant counts Manage day to day client relationships as well as daily processing and recordkeeping responsibilities Perform all other duties as assigned by the Recordkeeping Supervisor EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous retirement plan administration or related experience a plus.
QKA, QPA or other qualified plan designations are plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Word & Excel Excellent leadership skills will provide opportunity for advancement Must possess strong time management, organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills.
Work well under pressure with multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
