Experience - Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems and phone systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
