prepare outgoing mail for the postal service and other mail carriers:
assist staff with the proper use of postage machine and maintain the inventory of postal supplies Other duties as assigned Requirements - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Ability to operate phone systems, including handling calls with professionalism and efficiency - Proficient in calendar management for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels Note:
