This position will exercise confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with staff and clients.
The position will use business software applications for general administrative duties, maintaining files and records, and manage correspondence and routine documents given minimal direction.
This position will assist with oversight of management software for property data as well as monthly reporting.
Must have on site multifamily property management experience, be knowledgeable of Fair Housing, rent collections, and leasing.
Must be able to handle multiple assignments, be extremely organized, work within deadlines and maintain exceptional customer service skills.
Candidate will assist with training of new site employees as well as covering sites in absence of staff and must be able/ willing to travel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
