The Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in C Spire's fast-paced, full lifecycle Recruiting team.
This position works with Recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure best-in-class experiences.
The Recruiting Coordinator also works to streamline recruiting processes, track and update candidates' statuses, and enhance the overall workflow.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Recruiting team with the creation and posting of new positions, reporting of data, background check ordering and monitoring, documentation compliance, position closing procedures, and other duties associated with C Spire's hiring process.
Help with interview, flight, and hotel scheduling, assembling candidate packets, and reference checks.
Assist Recruiters with candidate assessments, drug testing, and third position advertisements.
Play a key role in the continued enhancement of C Spire's recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Perform receptionist duties for C Spire's Corporate office visitors and administrative functions for the Human Resources team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in a business or related field required, or two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a Human Resources or a Recruiting setting.
Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality, with a proactive approach in creating and implementing operational effencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Preferred Two years coordination and project/program management experience.
Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system or a similar ATS is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
