With the opening of our second location in Gluckstadt, MS, Puppy Lodge is excited to provide a higher level of care and convenience for pet owners in the surrounding area.
Our luxury pet boarding center is designed with your pet's comfort and safety in mind, and our experienced staff will be dedicated to providing your pup with a safe and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed - Provide general administrative support to staff members - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - High school diploma or equivalent Note:
