As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of this office and supporting various administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence - Assisting with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Assisting with event planning and coordination - Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records - Assisting with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy - Transcribing notes and documents as needed Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
