The person needed to fill this position needs to be someone that is seeking long term employment.
They must have great personal skills, good phone etiquettes, able to deal with the public, be caring and empathetic as you will be dealing with patients.
Be able to handle any and all office duties that arise.
Have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, be stable, dependable and able to work alone in a quiet office.
Another VERY IMPORTANT qualification for this position is CONFIDENTIALITY! This person MUST understand that anything and everything that takes place in this office is CONFIDENTIAL! ALL PATIENT INFO MUST BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL ACCORDING TO HIPPA GUIDELINES! A CLEAN BACKGROUND IS NEEDED! There is a possible pay increase once the person is off of Adcock Employments payroll (after 2 1/2 months) and put permanently on the companies payroll as this is NOT a temporary position!
