Automotive Service Advisor
Responsibilities:
Schedule customer service appointments Greet customers in a professional manner Accurate documentation of customer concerns Communicate cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs Track and communicate vehicle's service progress to customer Maintain excellent customer satisfaction Perform any additional task assigned by management
Qualifications:
Absolutely must possess an engaging and professional appearance.
Focused on providing exemplary customer service Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Be at least 18 years of age.
Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record Job Type:
