Responsibilities Insurance company relationship management and market development Agent support and training for business development Support the development of an agency-wide risk advisory culture Functions Develop and maintain insurance carrier relationships Develop and manage overall insurance carrier strategy for SouthGroup's book of business Review carrier contracts and engage in carrier planning Manage acquired agencies onboarding with carriers Maintain, manage and disseminate carrier information as a market subject matter expert Develop, coordinate, and manage the SouthGroup Risk Management Program Provide agent training and coaching of SouthGroup agents Manage risk management resources training and outsourced advisor relationships Requirements 5
years Insurance agency or company experience Property and Casualty Insurance License Insurance designation such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or other comparable designation Compensation will be based on qualifications of applicant.
