As our next Insurance Audit Assistant, you will show our customers value by assisting them in their claim journey.
You'll be tasked with providing excellent customer service by providing job claim follow-up in both pre-build and post-build statuses.
The ideal candidate for this role has prior customer service, call center and insurance experience with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Follow-up with insurance carriers to confirm job documentation received and processing time Track and upload all job-related insurance documentation to the job file and notify the appropriate person/department Send job-related documentation to the customers, insurance carriers, adjusters and agents as needed Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered.
Manage inbound calls related to insurance jobs from the insurance carriers, adjusters and customers
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of insurance policy terms and language (i.
e ACV, RCV, RCBs, deductibles) Prior work in customer service and/or call center role is required Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work at a high level in a team environment or independently Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on time Basic construction knowledge a plus.
