The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented and personable leader with excellent communication skills! The Account Manager is primarily responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for our clients ensuring client needs are met with the exemplary service that is our standard.
Responsibilities and duties:
Serve as primary point of contact for existing, new and prospective members ensuring their needs are met.
Identify new business leads and follow up accordingly to grow membership and enhance service for existing members.
Lead marketing initiatives to enhance services for our members.
Obtain quotes for new and renewal accounts, negotiating pricing and coverage with underwriters and/or brokers.
Prepare proposals for the producer to present to the prospective members.
Define and document processes and procedures for member services.
Respond to client questions relating to their policy as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Licensed agent in Property and Casualty preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in sales.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
Comfortable working well under deadlines.
Must work well on both independent and team projects.
Strong technology skills and extensive experience working with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
